GIS and Remote Sensing Panel Seminar

The last installment of the Physical Geography Event Series for the fall term is happening this coming Tuesday December 11th from 10am to 12pm in PGB 101.  We are excited to present a panel discussion on how graduate students can incorporate *GIS and remote sensing* tools into their research.

Our four panelists are…
Byron Moldofsky (Manager of the Cartography Office)
Marcel Fortin (Map/GIS Librarian at Robarts Library)
James Freemantle (Research Consultant affiliated with the Ontario Association of Remote Sensing)
Murray Richardson (PhD student in Geography)

The discussion will be geared to a broad range of research interests and GIS/RS abilities.  We encourage students and faculty from all corners of the department to come out to what should prove to be a very informative discussion.

Snacks and coffee will be provided.

We hope to see you all there!
Claire and Aisling
